Description
Quizzes Usac is a full-stack EdTech and e-commerce platform built at Virtual Tech GT (Software Developer, June 2019 – September 2022) to help educational institutions and training providers sell, manage, and deliver online courses. Students can browse course catalogs, purchase courses through secure payment gateways, access learning content, and manage their enrollments — while, on the business side, the platform gives organizations administrative tools for course management, student enrollment, payment processing, invoicing, analytics, and reporting to scale their online education operations.
The platform is paired with a companion React Native app — Quizzes Usac (Mobile App) — that lets students reinforce what they learn through interactive quizzes.

Key Learnings
An EdTech platform is really two products in one: a storefront and a classroom. The purchase/checkout flow and the actual learning/content-delivery experience have different priorities — conversion and friction on one side, engagement and retention on the other — and both had to be designed for without one compromising the other.
Admin tooling is what lets a platform scale past its first few institutional customers. Course management, enrollment, invoicing, and reporting tools weren't an afterthought — they're what let an institution run its own catalog without engineering involvement in every course launch.
Regulatory/invoicing automation pays for itself quickly in an EdTech context, since institutional customers need auditable, compliant invoicing far more than a typical consumer e-commerce buyer does.
